Madclub Member & Site Database Update

We are asking ALL MEMBERS to please take a few moments to provide up-to-date contact information to the Club.  After identifying yourself and the Site with which you are affiliated, we ask that you also please answer a few additional questions that are vital for this years Summer Activities and the Cottage Tree Project.  The identification of the sole, official 'Site Member' for your site is critical for our records -- we are hoping to obtain an email address for all 'Site Member' communication.  If we receive multiple designated 'Site Members' for your cottage, we will reach out for clarification.

Madclub Director Update

On behalf of the Membership, the Board is very pleased to let you know that the slate for new directors for 2018-2019 is rapidly being filled.  We do encourage further interested parties  to come forward as the board would like to know who is interested as board directors step down over the next couple of years.
Please direct your interest to Andrea Proctor if a volunteer director position is one you would consider in the future.  Board members are expected to serve a minimum of two years but naturally you are welcome to stay longer.
